Dependents
Child Visas
Subclass 101, 802, 102
- For dependent children, orphan relatives, or adopted children.
- Sponsor must be an Australian citizen, PR, or eligible NZ citizen.
- Child must be under 18, a full-time student between 18-25, or over 18 with a disability.
- Permanent residency pathway for the child.
- Allows the child to travel to and from Australia indefinitely.
